Can you build using plans we already have?
Yes. We can build from existing plans. However, we primarily handle the full process from design coordination through permitting and construction.
How do you price projects?
We start with a design and permitting fee to cover the architectural and engineering coordination and the documentation needed to price the project accurately; once the architecture and engineering are complete, we prepare a detailed quotation that aligns with your target budget based on the material and finish selections (flooring, windows/doors, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, etc.), and after you approve the final scope and specifications, we move forward with a fixed-price construction contract.
Do you offer a warrantys?
We offer a 1-2-10 home warranty, backed by a third-party insurance company, to provide long-term protection for your home: 1 year coverage for workmanship, 2 years for major systems (plumbing/electrical/HVAC), and 10 years for structural components.
Do you handle permitting?
Yes — we manage the permitting process with the municipality.
