With over $10 million USD in personal real estate projects, he specializes in speculative and custom home design and construction. His diverse portfolio includes beach and mountain home acquisitions, renovations, and leasing in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Park City, UT, as well as industrial and commercial projects in Houston, TX. He has also led commercial office renovations in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and custom home designs in Mexico and Texas.

Beyond real estate, Benjamin leverages a strong background in digital marketing to enhance visibility, optimize sales, and drive maximum returns. His executive management experience enables him to lead teams with precision, ensuring seamless execution and strategic growth. Ricardo Rodriguez

Project Manager

Rico Rodriguez is a licensed broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission and a general contractor, specializing in commercial sales, land development, new construction, and investment properties. An alumnus of Sam Houston State University, he has facilitated over $170 million in property sales, achieving a 96.56% list-to-sales price ratio and a 4.82/5 customer satisfaction rating.  Rico has managed the investment purchase and development of a Coworking Office Complex and built an intown residential development, demonstrating his expertise in real estate growth and innovation. His firm has set price-per-square-foot records in Huntsville and Greater Houston, utilizing an extensive agent network and cutting-edge marketing strategies.  Committed to client success, Rico delivers top-tier service at any price point and actively supports Habitat for Humanity, Easter Seals, and Feeding America.

Alma is an efficient and highly organized Executive Administrator with 9 years of experience supporting senior management. Alma oversees the permitting process and has established strong relationships within the permitting office. Her expertise was key in securing permits for a recent construction project in Zona Centro, working under the Patrimonio Authority for the municipality. Alma’s blend of administrative skills and permitting knowledge ensures smooth project operations and timely approvals.
